The Vietnam Small Animal Veterinary Experts Conference (Vsavec) is a voluntary professional social organization comprised of groups and individuals engaged in veterinary medicine, particularly in pet care, based in Ho Chi Minh City. Its purpose is to unite and organize entities and individuals involved in the fields of veterinary science, technology, training, management, and specialized services for dogs, cats, and ornamental animals. The association aims to enhance professional competence, disseminate knowledge, transfer advanced techniques, and support prevention and treatment of diseases in pets. Members of the VSAVEC are veterinary doctors actively involved in the care and treatment of diseases in dogs, cats, and ornamental animals. Its mission is to foster unity among members in the profession, support ongoing education, and enhance skills in pet care, diagnosis, and treatment.
マイ・ゴック・トゥエン博士
マイ・ゴック・トゥエン博士は、10年以上の経験を持つ獣医学分野の第一人者です。全国で13,000人以上の学習者を指導し、Funpet、SAOvet、Fullpetなど、いくつかの大手獣医チェーンを設立しました。
トゥエン医師は、内視鏡手術、白内障手術、神経外科手術、人工関節置換術などの分野の先駆者です。
現在、彼は中央病院の外科専門医数名と協力し、小動物獣医分野の発展に向けた新技術の研究と応用に取り組んでいます。
彼は獣医の専門知識に加え、国立経済大学（NEU）でエグゼクティブMBAを取得しており、2021年にハノイ国立教育大学の教育研修プログラムを卒業しました。
