Section: What’s Coming Up at Next Week’s Pet Events? VKA Firework International Dog Show 2025
The VKA Firework International Dog Show 2025 will take place on 12–13 July, 2025 at the Da Nang International Exhibition Center, marking the first-ever FCI-standard dog show to be held in Central Vietnam.
The event will feature over 500 dogs from both Vietnam and abroad, competing in the A2O-CAC, SEA-CAC, and VKA-CAC categories. There will also be special classes dedicated to native Vietnamese breeds such as Phu Quoc Ridgeback, Bac Ha, and H’mong Short-tail. Additional highlights include a Vietnamese Traditional Costume Contest for Dogs and the 6th VKA International Grooming Championship.
A panel of judges from seven countries will evaluate the contestants according to FCI standards. Organized by the Vietnam Kennel Association (VKA), the event aims to connect the pet-loving community and promote the development of the regional pet industry.—-
