ISCC – 国际犬类美容师协会成立于 1990 年，创始人是拥有近 40 年宠物造型行业经验的兽医 Pam Lauritzen。ISCC 的座右铭始终是放眼世界，发展这一新兴服务行业，2019 年 5 月标志着 ISCC 组织与越南的合作。

Mr. Tho Dinh is the first Vietnamese judge and certifier of ISCC – International Society of Canine Cosmetologists.
– The first groomer in Vietnam to hold the prestigious All Breed Professional Pet Stylist certification.
– Brand ambassador of Artero in Vietnam.
Graduated from Groomers Connection Academy Malaysia, with certification from instructors in 5 countries:
- 🇲🇾 Malaysia: Master Rachel Yeoh, Master Jamie Sie.
- 🇺🇸 USA: Master Pam Lauriszen – Chairwoman of ISCC – The #1 Dog Care Association in the USA
- 🇯🇵 Japan: Master Akira Miyake – A legend in the Poodle world, highly respected in Japan as Sensei.
- 🇷🇺 Russia: Master Irina Shantony Smirnova.
- 🇹🇼 Taiwan: Master Betty Huang.
Personal certification and achievements:
- 2017: Master Pet Stylist Non-sport (Non-sporting dogs group).
- 2019: Master Pet Stylist Terrier (Terrier group).
- 2022: Master Pet Stylist Sporting (Sporting dogs group). Awarded the Outstanding Performance award – the highest honor of the show and Level A certification from KCUA (The Kennel Club Union of Asia) Taiwan.
- 2023: Best in show MKA FCI
- Has been invited by many international schools to conduct seminars.
Training and guiding many students to participate and win awards at major pet competitions:
- 2018: Best in show, 2nd master class, 2nd pet class.
- 2022: 1st master class, 2nd master class.
- 2023 : Best in show Iscc 3rd
- 2024 : Best in show 3rd MKA FCI
- 2024 : Best in show, Best in show 2nd Iscc 4th

- Additionally, Ms. Kyuri is also known for her numerous victories in beauty and dog show competitions. She has been invited to present at the China Nanning Pet Grooming Competition and various grooming schools.
