"Overall, through the exhibition, I observed that customers were quite satisfied with the activities for pets. As for the businesses showcasing their products, Hanvet was fine, as a lot of customers knew about Hanvet and visited the booth. However, according to feedback from pet shops, the variety of products was not enough for them to find new items to sell. They hope for more booths to have more options to choose from. As for the veterinarians, they would like to have more opportunities to share their expertise."
