关于 2025 Dogathon

Chief Happiness Officer (C.H.O) and their human counterparts tackle either a 2 km or a 4 km fun run/walk courses which are lined with water stations along the way. Paw-children and their paw parents will have their own race BIBs. Top overall finishers in each category will receive podium prizes from the organizer and sponsors. More than just a fun-filled day with your furry friends, the event also benefits local animal shelters and animal welfare organizations: Laws for Paws, Forever Wheelchair, SNNC, SAR and Have Paws.

1. 参加狗狗马拉松比赛的年龄限制是多少？

我们欢迎各个年龄段的跑步者。

5 岁以下儿童可以选择免费参加 InterPetFest，因此不提供比赛装备，也没有资格争夺比赛奖品，除非购买比赛门票。5 岁以下儿童必须由父母或亲属成人陪同参加整个比赛。

我们鼓励 12 岁以下的儿童在整个比赛过程中由父母或亲属成人陪同，并自行承担风险。

2. 每队最多可以有多少只狗和多少人参加比赛？

参加比赛的狗和人的数量没有限制！

重要提示： 如果您的团队中有超过 1 名参赛者和 1 只狗，则每位成员将获得自己的 BIB，但所有成员将共享同一个团队 BIB 号码。如果获胜，则只有团队中的一名参赛者和一只狗（均出示团队的 BIB 号码）将被认定为正式获胜者。

3. 我如何才有资格成为 InterPetFest Dogathon 的获胜者？

你的跑步成绩最好
您的团队至少有 1 只狗和 1 个人一起到达终点线（间隔不超过 1 米）
你的狗必须走/跑整个比赛距离
您的 BIB 号码和您狗的号码相同
您的狗有尚未过期的疫苗接种证明。
不违反活动规定
未被主办方拒绝。主办方保留决定获奖者的一切权利。

4. 如何报名参加？

如需报名参加 Dogathon 比赛，请访问我们的官方网站。按照说明完成在线报名表。确保所有必填信息均准确填写，阅读比赛规则，并按照说明提交报名费。

5. 我可以以团体形式报名吗？

是的，您可以以团体形式注册。请在注册流程的第 2 部分添加其他成员（无论是人还是狗），并提供所有团队成员的必要详细信息。

参加比赛的狗和人的数量没有限制！

6. 报名成功后，若我无法参赛，可以把该比赛名额转让给他人吗？

是与否

是的：

比赛开始前一个半月即可申请转让号码布，且只允许转让一次，如需转让，请联系主办方。转让号码布获得主办方批准后，新参赛者即可参加比赛

不：

擅自转让：比赛开始前一个半月，若您决定退出比赛，主办方不支持将您的报名信息变更给他人。任何交换、出售、赠予或转让号码布给他人的行为均视为违反比赛规则，不得成为比赛获胜者

7. 如果我已经成功报名但不能参加，主办方会退还我的款项吗？

不可以，报名费不予退还。您可以按照上述说明将您的 BIB 转让给其他人

8.我的狗没有疫苗接种证明可以参加吗？

不可以，狗必须持有有效的疫苗接种证明才能参加比赛。这是为了确保所有参赛者及其狗的健康和安全。请确保在比赛当天携带必要的疫苗接种文件。

9. 你们比赛时的卫生规定是什么？

带犬只参赛者必须携带可降解狗粪袋，并负责在犬只排泄后立即捡拾狗粪，确保环境卫生及赛道清洁。
请遵守我们工作人员提供的所有标志和指示。

10. 比赛期间有食品饮料补给站吗？

是的，赛道沿途指定地点设有食品和饮料站。这些站点将为参赛者和他们的狗提供水和饮料。确保在比赛前和比赛期间补充足够的水分。

11. 比赛期间有医疗站吗？

Yes, there are. The Medical stations will support light health issues for you and your pet. In case of emergency transfer needed, the organizer will have immediate help. However, all cost related to medical bills (yourself and/or your pets) are under your own account.

12. 我何时何地可以领取我的号码布？

参赛号码布可在报名处领取，报名处开放时间如下：

– We will match you with an available dogs

– You will meet your matching pet at least 2 times to get to know, play and run/walk with the dog.

– If you are qualified and get the acceptance of the dog’s owner to lend you his/her dog, congratulations, you can register for the InterPetFest Dogathon.

*Please note the organizer only connect you with your matching dog, and does not carry out any responsibilities between you, the dog and the dog owner.

2. If there is a high demand of dog lovers (without dog) to join InterPetFest Dogathon, the organizer may consider to open non-dog runner registration with the same registration fee. However, there is no podium prize for this category.

18. What is "Finding My Match" program at After Party?

At InterPetFest Dogathon, We host an event “Finding My Match” – to find a future lover for yourself or for your pets at After Party. Single runner/ single pet will receive a hearty sticker. The sticker carries a meaning: I’m Single. We hope, single souls at InterPetFest Dogathon can find each other.

ALL BIB HAVE NAME OF
RUNNER AND PET WITH SPONSOR LOGO

At the InterPetFest Dogathon, the bib serves as an essential identifier for both the runner and their pet. Each runner is assigned a square bib, while their furry companion sports a round bib, ensuring easy identification throughout the event. The bibs are color-coded and numbered based on the distance and pet group chosen, with numbers starting from 2001 for participants in the 2km run and from 4001 for those in the 4km category. This unique dual-bib system not only enhances the fun of the event but also allows organizers to track both human and dog efficiently. The bibs, which are a symbol of teamwork between runners and their pets, also ensure that race times and placements are accurately recorded for each pair.

EACH RUNNER WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT ACCORDING TO THEIR SIZE

Each runner of the InterPetFest Dogathon will receive a special designed race t-shirt as part of their race kit. The t-shirt, featuring the event’s logos, slogan, with the event’s colors. Made from high-quality, breathable fabric, it ensures comfort during the race, keeping participants cool and comfortable throughout the event. The race t-shirt is not just for the day of the event—it becomes a memorable keepsake that runners can proudly wear long after crossing the finish line, serving as a reminder of their shared experience with their pets and the fun of this amazing event.

EACH DOG WILL RECEIVE A BANDANA ACCORDING TO ITS SIZE

At the InterPetFest Dogathon, every participating pet will receive a special-designed race bandana, adding a fun and stylish touch to their race day experience. Just like the runners’ t-shirts, the bandana will feature the event’s logos, slogan, with the event’s colors, creating a sense of unity between pets and their owners. Made from soft, lightweight fabric, the bandana is designed to ensure comfort for pets, allowing them to move freely and stay cool during the race. The bandana is where the dog round BIB can be sticked on. After the event, the bandana becomes a treasured keepsake, a symbol of the shared accomplishment and the special bond between the runner and their furry friend. It’s a lasting reminder of the joyful experience of this amazing event.

RACE BACKPACK

EACH RUNNER WILL RECEIVE CANVAS DRAWSTRING BAG

At the InterPetFest Dogathon, every team will receive a special-designed backpack, adding a convenient and comfy touch to their race day experience. The backpack will feature the event’s logos, slogan, with the event’s colors. Made from soft, lightweight, and light water resistance, the backpack is designed with a separate shoe compartment. The backpack is essential for carrying all your gear and supplies so you can have free-hand taking care of your pet and taking nice pictures. After the event, the backpack becomes a treasured keepsake which you can use everyday. It’s a lasting reminder of the joyful experience of this amazing event.

MUZZLE

MUZZLES FOR RUNNER WITH LARGE DOG ONLY

When registering a dogathon ticket, runner will need to describe their furry dogs. Pet experts of the organizing team will decide which dog group your pet is in. Large-size, aggressive character…will be required to wear a muzzle for safety according to Vietnamese laws. InterPetFest’s muzzle is specially designed so that your pet feels comfortable! They can breath, drink and eat, only not able to bite or bark loud. Runners will receive a notice from the organizer if their pets will be provided with a muzzle in the race kit.

MEDALS

MEDALS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE FINISHED THE RACE

For the runners, the metal medal is specifically designed for the Dogathon finisher featuring the event name, diamond sponsor’s logo, the distance they’ve achieved. After the event, the medal can be used as an accessory. It is a metal pin button to decorate their bag/backpack. It’s a lasting reminder of the joyful experience of this amazing event.

For your furry paws, a pin button is specifically created to be a customized medal for finisher dogs, featuring the event name, diamond sponsor’s logo, the distance they’ve achieved. This medal can be pinned on the dog bandana. After the event, the medal can be used as an accessory. It is a light pin button for decoration, as well as a long lasting reminder of the joyful experience of this amazing event.
