参展商条例

欢迎参加 2026 年 InterPetFest!为了确保所有参与者都能获得安全、愉快且高效的体验,请仔细阅读以下指南。

一、重要提示

1. 责任豁免 - 风险承担:通过参加 InterPetFest,与会者和参展商承担参加活动相关的所有风险,包括人身伤害或财产损失。

2. 参加 InterPetFest 的参展商应注意,活动期间将有宠物出现。因此,参展商和参观者有责任管理和协商与宠物相关的任何互动。活动组织者对因这些互动而产生的任何问题或纠纷概不负责。

3. 由于活动期间将有宠物,请参展商保持清洁,以确保为每个人提供干净、安全的环境。参展商对展位内的清洁负全部责任

4. 为了成为我们活动的参展商,您必须有资格确定您公司的业务性质和与宠物行业的关系。

5. 企业识别要求由 InterPetFest 管理部门自行决定,可能包括以下一项或多项:
– 营业执照
– 活跃网站/ Facebook 页面
– 您的产品/品牌的照片
– 您与品牌所有者的业务关系证明
– 税号

6. Registration for booths is closed when booths are sold out and normally 1 month before the event date. For InterPetFest Ha Noi, we will have 2 phases: Early Bird, and Regular. Early Bird deadline is 31st Dec, 2025, Regular deadline is 17th March, 2026. For InterPetFest HCM, we will have 3 phases: Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Regular. Super Early Bird deadline is 31st Dec, 2025, Early Bird deadline is 30th April, 2026, and Regular deadline is 28th July, 2026

7. 参展程序:商定参展费用及选择展位
– For Vietnamese companies: Proceed to sign a VAT contract. Settle 50% payment within 7 days after the contract was signed by both. Settle the remaining 50% and utilities rental costs no later than 2 months before the show opening date. Receive your VAT invoice when 100% payment is made
– For companies outside Vietnam: Proceed to sign an application form. Proceed to sign a VAT contract. Settle 50% payment within 7 days after the contract was signed by both. Settle the remaining 50% and utilities rental costs no later than 2 months before the show opening date. Receive your payment receipt (VAT invoice is not applicable) when 100% payment is made

Exhibitor name badges are ready to collect 2 days before the show opening date, in the afternoon from 1:30PM – 5:00PM, and 1 day before the show opening date, within 9:00AM – 5:30PM  at the Information Desk at the venue. A person can collect all name badges of his/her company when he/she states the correct company name, booth number and shows evidence such as his/her name card, email confirmation, phone number… the organizer may request to check his/her ID card in case of any suspicion.
 

9. Utilities rental cost will increase 5% for late application (5 days before the event set-up date), and increase 20% for late application (3 days before the event set-up date), and 50% for on-site application (during the construction time and the show time)

二、标准展位使用规定:

1. 标准展位装修
– 禁止在墙壁和铝制框架上钉钉子、钻孔、钉钉子或油漆
– 严禁在隔板、框架结构、横梁、柱子或地板上使用粘合剂和胶水粘贴横幅、海报。展位上的任何贴纸、图形或任何类型的固定装置都必须得到主办方和官方承包商的批准
– 未经官方承建商事先批准,不得通过拆卸或安装改变展位的基本结构
– Upon approval for restructuring a standard booth, a management fee of 60,000 VND/sqm will be applied for converting it into a space-only or specially designed booth. If only the booth height exceeds the standard 2.5 meters, a fee of 30,000 VND per additional sqm above the regulated height will be charged.
 

2. 标准展位提供的家具或租赁家具
– 未经主办方同意,不得从其他展位或约定区域外搬走或移走任何家具。租赁展位和家具应完好归还
– 请勿站立、坐下或在桌子、架子上放置超过 20 公斤的物品。请勿将椅子用于除坐以外的任何用途
– 请勿使用刀具、锤子或机器损坏展位结构、桌椅表面
– 请勿拖拽桌子、椅子或机器,以免撕裂展位的地毯

3. 标准展位隔断

– 如果您使用海报或在墙上使用金属框架 hiflex,参展商必须支付墙壁隔断押金,每个隔断为 500,000 越南盾/墙,如果墙壁没有损坏,官方承包商将在活动结束后在官方柜台退还押金。 损坏的墙壁隔断收费 500,000 越南盾/墙。 参展商可能会被要求支付 150,000 越南盾/粘上或脏墙的墙壁清洁费。

*以上所有规定适用于标准展位,参展商收到展位后立即生效。如参展商违反标准展位规定,主办方和官方承建商可要求参展商停止展位装饰。展览会必须赔偿对结构、地板、墙壁和主办方任何财产造成的任何损害。参展商可收取主办方和官方承建商确定的附加费。

三、光地展位相关规定:

1.什么是光地展位?
Raw space booths provide only the empty space. Exhibitors can choose to build their own booth or appoint a construction contractor. In this case, exhibitors must submit the [Application Form: For Raw Space Booths] and contact the Venue Building Management to pay any additional fees as per the venue regulations. For raw space booths, other additional fees set to the venue owner include:
– 施工现场押金:1,100,000 越南盾/平方米(活动结束后如未对展览中心设施造成损坏,可退还)。
– On-site construction management fee: VND 135,000/m2 (including VAT).
– Name badges for construction staff of raw space booths: VND 125,000/name badge (including VAT).
– After-working-hours construction fee is USD 200 per hour per booth location (if any)
 

2. 特装展位搭建规定

2.1. 展位限制:展品必须摆放在展位边界内,不得占用其他展位的空间。展位结构不得阻碍通道,不得与耐热玻璃地毯颜色相同。所有展品必须为非爆炸性产品。
2.2 设计:展位布置、灯光、音响系统不得影响邻近展位,并经主办方同意
2.3 Booth Construction Design: Raw space exhibitors must submit the [Form: Registration for Raw Space Construction], along with detailed construction drawings, to the organizer via email no later than three weeks prior to the show opening date
2.4 光地展位结构:建议高度为4.5米,参展商须确保展品摆放正确,不阻碍出入口,详情请咨询主办方。

IV. 一般展览规定
1. 展示品:展示品不得阻碍过道,建议距离展位外缘至少 30 厘米。如有违反规定,主办方保留要求参展商移走展示品的权利。

2. 声音规定:参赛者可使用音响设备,但音量需适中。最大允许噪音水平为 80 分贝。如果音量超过允许水平,主办方有权禁止使用音响设备。

3. 照明:展区内严禁使用电筒、吊灯,参展商必须确保所有安装的照明设备不影响邻近展位。特别注意:每个插座仅供单台设备使用,不得用于照明。每个照明连接仅供单台设备使用。对于每个灯泡/3m LED 灯带/1m2 灯箱,参展商必须注册 1 个最大照明连接(100W)。

4. 过道:主办方要求参展商保持过道清洁,展览开始前,展品必须摆放正确,不得占用过道。

5. 展位结构变更:参展商如需更改展位设计,必须通知主办方,并经主办方确认后方可更改,且可能会产生费用。

6. 展位管理:展商负责维护其展位,严禁在墙面或隔板上钉钉子、在地面或标准展位内使用油漆等材料。如有违反,承建商或展览中心有权向客户要求赔偿。承建商必须提供现场联系方式,以便必要时联系。

7. 展品管理:参展商必须妥善保管其展品,如有遗失,主办方概不负责。

8. 危险品:参展商须于展览会开始前向主办单位提交【危险品展示登记申请表】,并提供所展示产品的安全规格。

9. 展位使用:参展商拥有其展位的完全使用权。未经主办方批准,严禁将展位转租给第三方。如参展商违反此规定,主办方将取消其展位使用权。

10. 清洁:参展商有责任保持展位清洁并保护展位区域。任何乱扔垃圾或改变结构的行为都将受到建筑部门的处罚。
主办方尽力确保展览中心环境整洁。展览期间,主办方负责维持公共通道和公共垃圾箱的清洁。但对于施工期间和展位内产生的垃圾,搭建商和参展商必须自行处理。

注意在施工期间尽量减少影响环境和健康的粉尘:打磨木材填料时,承包商必须使用具有除尘功能的打磨机,而不是手工打磨。锯木时,承包商必须配备除尘机。
Contractors should limit the use of gypsum as its dismantling creates solid waste affecting the environment and complicates cleanup. If gypsum is used, it must be fully cleaned up after dismantling. The venue will impose penalties equivalent to those for spilling chemicals on the floor (paint, oil, solvent, etc.) for any violations.

11. 安全规定
参展商必须始终对危险产品保持警惕,并在展出前彻底检查。所有维护费用均由客户承担(包括危险设备、X 射线或激光设备、易燃材料、高压或放射性设备、汞等)。
Everyone working within the Hall must wear a safety helmet (including direct construction workers, construction supervisors, the venue staff, cleaning staff, security patrols, and the organizer) during the construction period. Construction units using scaffolding must ensure it has wheels (with locks) for convenient and safe movement, avoiding direct placement of metal legs on the floor. Additionally, this allows for quick and easy movement to alleviate congestion during construction.

12. 消防安全规定
12.1 明火:取暖器、烤箱、锅炉、电炉、烘干机、炊具、任何易燃设备(密封设备除外)
如需烹饪,参展商必须确保所用设备的安全,且负责人必须持有合法烹饪证书。参展商必须联系主办方进行确认。参展商提交[申请表:危险品使用登记]并获得主办方确认后,才允许使用危险品。参展商必须在封闭的会议室、储藏区和使用发热电气设备的区域配备灭火器。灭火器必须放置在可见且可触及的位置。
12.2 Dangerous Goods: Gasoline, oil, paint, alcohol, diesel, machinery, lubricants, high-pressure gasses: H2, O2, N2, Cobalt, etc. All items in the dangerous goods category must comply with the venue’s regulations.
12.3 无烟区:展馆内严禁吸烟,参展商只可在指定区域或展馆外吸烟。
12.4 主办方强制规定:如违反上述任何一项规定(包括筹备/搭建期间),主办方有权拆除展位。为确保展览期间的安全,请遵守相关规定,如有任何疑问,请与主办方联系。

13. 其他
13.1 秩序混乱:参展商不得以任何形式的行为扰乱公共场所及邻近展位的秩序。
13.2 宣传活动:任何表演或公众活动均须在指定区域内进行。示范及所有其他表演不得造成任何混乱。参加者有责任随时保持通道清洁。不得在指定区域外推销商品。
13.3 宣传品:样品及纪念品只限于指定摊位派发,经主办方确认后,参展商可于其他区域派发。
13.4. 特别展品:未经主办方批准,参展商不得单独展出其展品。
13.5. 展览时间:主办方将安排展览时间、布展时间、撤展时间。如需详细信息,请联系我们
13.6. 违反使用规定:即使参展商未完全使用展位,也必须支付全部面积的费用。未通知取消展位的参展商将失去优先权。
13.7. 销售:只有经主办方确认的产品才允许展出销售。所有参展商必须遵守安全、税务、公共卫生和所有其他规则和规定,例如促销认证。主办方禁止任何未经授权的销售和营销形式。

五、与承包商相关的规定
1. External Construction Units (“Contractors”) not listed in the venue’s Official Contractors List of exhibitors constructing their own booths must contact the venue’s Sales Department to understand all procedural issues and work within the exhibition area. In case of any issues, contractors must notify the venue in writing to jointly find the best solution.

2. To enter the venue’s exhibition area, contractors must be able to perform their work and comply with all the following regulations:
– The names of all construction and supervisory personnel of external contractors must be notified to SECC at least seven (07) days before the first day of the rental period.
– All foreign workers must have valid work permits as per Vietnamese law.
– External contractors must pay the construction service fee (management fee) to the organizer at VND 135,000/m2, and the organizer will issue name badges to all construction staff of the contractor. Please wear masks during working hours. Note that these work badges are valid during the rental period. The name badge fee is VND 125,000/badge.
– Contractors must deposit an amount of VND 1,100,000/m2 in cash or by bank transfer at least seven (07) days before the first day of the rental period. This amount will be refunded without interest after the contractor completes their work if no damage occurs to the exhibition center’s facilities.
– Construction staff of contractors must wear uniforms or suitable clothing and name badges on their chest when entering or leaving the exhibition area. Suitable attire includes: clothes, shoes (sneakers, sports shoes), and helmets. Contractors are fully responsible before the law for insuring all risks or damages to the booth area and other services during the rental period. The management fee depends on each service specified by the organizer. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. If paid by bank transfer, contractors can enter the premises to perform their work after bank confirmation from the organizer. Electricity connection fees must be paid in cash or by bank transfer at least seven (07) days before the first construction day. For overtime work, contractors must register with the organizer in writing from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the same day and the charge for overtime is 200USD per hour per booth location.
 

3. 如不符合以下任何一项条件,主办方保留拒绝任何搭建商入场的权利:
– 除非参展商已经通知并获得主办方的批准,否则展位不得按照批准的图纸搭建。
– 展品及特定展位的主体搭建工作必须在展区外完成,方可带入展区内组装。展区内严禁进行氧乙炔切割、电焊、喷漆、明火作业等主要或危险作业。
– 承包商必须确保施工质量合格,并符合职业安全和防火标准。
– 参展商不得将与展位无关的物品摆放在其他展位。
– 外部承包商必须立即赔偿主办方和第三方因此造成的任何损失。
– 搭建商工作人员不得吸烟、乱扔垃圾或损坏展区内的任何部分。
– 承建商工作人员不得在主办方区域内制造噪音、扰乱秩序或制造混乱。
– 特殊装置和证据(如有)必须向主办方的安全团队登记,并且在每次进出时受到控制。

VI. 工作规定和技术指南
1. Without a valid work badge worn on the chest, no employee or staff member is allowed to enter the the venue exhibition area to work. Valid work badges are issued by the organizer or the venue. Additionally, during working hours in the venue’s halls, each staff member must wear a uniform as per their unit’s regulations or attire including: clothes, shoes (sneakers), and a hat (if any).

2.展馆内严禁吸烟。

3. 禁止将易燃、易爆物品带入展区,如:汽油、油类、酒精饮料、工业酒精、工业汽油、芳香汽油等;可燃气体如:氢气、氧气、乙炔等;有毒气体如:氯气、氨气等。

4、禁止将电热设备、产生火花的设备、产生噪音的工具带入展区,如:焊接机、气焊机、切割机、锯子、手磨机等。

5. Pressure-bearing equipment (such as gas tanks or gas bottles; liquefied natural gas tanks, etc.) – if needed inside the exhibition area – must have valid certification issued by the Center for Standards, Metrology and Quality; have a verification stamp from the organizer, and be inspected by the venue’s Technical Team members before use.

6. Do not stick tapes, adhesives (such as 502; dog glue, etc.) on the walls and floors within the the venue premises. Exceptions are cloth tapes (single-sided or double-sided), which are allowed (please refer to the venue Sales and Marketing Office beforehand).

7. Do not drill, cut, or nail into the walls; floors; partitions of the exhibition area, or other the venue facilities.

8. 禁止在展场内切割或研磨任何会产生火花的物品。

9、脚手架必须配有轮子,或在开始工作前在脚手架腿上垫上软质材料。

10. 所有搭建材料必须先在展区外进行粗搭建。在油漆、锯切、切割或打蜡时,请先覆盖展区内的地板、墙壁和隔板,以完成展位搭建。

11. 请勿将水、油漆或任何液体倒在地板上或技术沟渠中。

12. Do not place any construction materials, construction equipment against the walls; partitions; or near the entrances; or fire extinguishers of the venue.

13. 将工具和设备带入展区时必须对地板有安全计划,例如在放置在地板上之前用橡胶或软性材料包裹。

14. 技术沟至展位电压为 220V 或以上的电线必须采用双护套电线,单护套电线必须置于绝缘导管内。

15.电气系统:
– Inside the the venue exhibition hall, there are eight electric distribution panels – 3 phases, the power capacity 200 ampere per panel.
– 室外展区(临时停车场),设有一座2,000KVA变电站和六个配电板 – 3相
(注意:客户必须自己从变电站连接到配电板)。

16. If any booth needs to use clean water and drainage or internet, fax or telephone lines in Hall A1 and Hall A2, please send a request to the the venue Sales team at least five days in advance and an attachment of installation diagram.
– 供水管有一个截止阀,头部截止阀的直径为 Ø21。
– 排水管内径为Ø34。
注:展馆外区域供水、ADSL、电话、传真需在施工前进行调研。
每个摊位总供水压力为2.5bar至5bar。废水进入排水系统前温度需低于60摄氏度。

17. The cool temperature inside the venue exhibition hall A was designed from 25 to 27 Celsius degrees.

18、展位设计标准:
– 两排展位之间(根据主管部门安全和消防法规的要求),直线通道宽度为三米(3米)。
– 从东门到西门;从南门到北门,直线主通道宽度为五米(5米)。
– 展位块的设计不得阻碍展厅内的出口、紧急通道、火警警报器、消防栓、灭火器等。
– 靠近墙壁的展位必须与墙壁保持一米的距离。

19、标准展位:尺寸为3m×3m,高度为2.5米,采用铝八角管制作。

20. 升级标准展位:尺寸、高度及材质与标准展位相同,但在标准公司名称牌上方设有顶部横幅。

21. 光地展位:搭建尺寸及材料不限,但光地展位(靠近墙面)需距离墙面至少两米,且高度不得超过4.5米。其他位置的特装展位可高于4.5米,如高于4.5米需经主办方批准

22. 任何需要悬挂在展厅屋顶上的部件(如灯箱、铁装饰框架等):
– 如果每个部件的重量小于100公斤,则必须用加强电缆悬挂。
– 如果每个部件的重量超过 100 公斤,则必须用绞盘将其吊起。每个绞盘可承受的重量不得超过 200 公斤。参展商必须提供一张包含部件位置、尺寸和重量详细信息的图表。
– 施工期间,每个想要进入大厅的人都必须穿鞋和戴头盔。

1. 如何在 InterPetFest 注册展位?

对于赞助商和参展商:

商定您的参与费用并选择您喜欢的展位位置。

对于越南公司:
– 签署增值税合同。
– 双方签订合同后7天内支付50%款项。
– Settle the remaining 50% and utilities rental fees no later than 2 months before the show opening date.
– 收到您的正式增值税发票。

对于国际公司:
– 签署增值税合同。
– 双方签订合同后7天内支付50%款项。
– Settle the remaining 50% and utilities rental fees no later than 2 months before the show opening date.
– Receive your white invoice, and receipt issued by the organizer

5. 签署增值税合同或参展申请后,我可以取消参展吗?

是的,您可以取消参赛。但您必须立即通知主办方并提交正式的书面取消信。

如果您在 2026 年 5 月 28 日或之前取消,则根据增值税合同或申请表支付的任何款项将不予退还。

如果您在 2026 年 5 月 28 日之后取消,我们将向您收取合同价值的 100%。

6. 如果 InterPetFest 组织者更改活动日期或地点怎么办?

如果组织者重新安排活动或更改场地,我们将在原定演出日期前至少一个月通知您。

您可以选择:
– 继续执行修改后的合同,或者
– 终止合同。如果您选择终止合同,主办方将全额退还您已支付的所有款项。

7. 主办方什么时候交付我的展位进行搭建?

标准展位:交接时间为展会开幕前1天。

仅限空间展位(原始空间):交接将于活动开幕日前 2 天进行。

8. 标准展位的使用规定是什么?

标准展位使用规定
本规定适用于所有使用标准展位的参展商,自展位交付之日起立即生效。违反规定可能导致罚款、附加费或暂停展位搭建。

1. 展位布置及搭建

  • 请勿在展位的墙壁、铝制框架或任何结构元素上钉钉子、钻孔、钉钉子或涂漆。

  • 未经主办方和官方承包商批准,严禁在隔板、横梁、柱子或地板上使用粘合剂、胶水或贴纸。

  • 任何贴纸、图形或固定装置必须事先得到组织者和官方承包商的批准。

  • 未经事先批准,不得改变展位基本结构(例如拆除或改造)。

  • Upon approval for re-structuring a standard booth, a management fee of 60,000 VND/sqm will be applied for converting it into a space-only or specially designed booth. If only the booth height exceeds the standard 2.5 meters, a fee of 30,000 VND per additional sqm above the regulated height will be charged.

2. 家具的使用和搬运

  • 未经主办方许可,不得移除或移动其他展位或约定区域外的家具。

  • 租赁摊位和家具必须以原始状态归还。

  • 请勿坐、站或在桌子或架子上放置超过 20 公斤的物品。

  • 椅子仅供坐用;不允许滥用。

  • 禁止使用刀具、锤子或可能损坏展位结构或家具表面的机器。

  • 避免拖动桌子、椅子或设备,因为这可能会损坏展位地毯。

3. 墙隔断使用及存放

  • 如果您计划在墙壁隔板上张贴海报或使用金属框架 hiflex,则每块面板需支付 500,000 越南盾的押金。

  • 活动结束后,如墙面无损坏,主场搭建商将退还押金。押金可在搭建商服务台办理。

4. 责任与处罚

  • 参展商应对展位结构、地板、墙壁或任何属于主办方的财产的任何损坏承担全部责任。

  • 如有违反,主办单位及指定搭建商保留暂停展位布置的权利。

  • 主办方和官方承包商可酌情决定是否收取损害赔偿和额外附加费。

9. 光地展位有哪些重要注意事项?

光地展位重要须知

纯空间展位是指空置空间,不包含任何预制结构。参展商需自行设计搭建展位,或委托专业搭建商进行搭建。

所需程序:

– Submit the Application Form for Raw Space Booths

– Contact the venue Management directly to settle additional fees as per venue regulations

Additional Fees Payable to the venue:

– Construction Site Deposit: 1,100,000越南盾/平方米

 → Refundable after the exhibition if no damage is caused to the venue facilities

现场施工管理费: VND 135,000/m² (including VAT)

– Name Badges for Construction Staff: VND 125,000 per badge (including VAT)

下班后施工费(如适用): USD 200 per hour per booth location

Each InterPetFest exhibitor will receive 5 name badges per booth by default. If you require more or fewer badges, our customer care team will contact you to confirm your needs.
