Welcome to InterPetFest 2025! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive experience for all participants, we have established the following rules and policies. Please review these guidelines carefully

1. General Admission Policies

After registering online through the InterPetFest website, visitors will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code for event check-in. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly to receive the QR code.

  • Free Entry with Partner Codes: Visitors can gain free entry by obtaining codes from partners or the InterPetFest fan page. The system will close code-based registrations on February 19, 2025.

  • On-site Registration: After February 19, 2025, visitors who register directly at the event are encouraged to make a voluntary donation (the organizers suggest a minimum of 20,000 VND). Donations can be made by placing cash into donation boxes at the event or by transferring funds to the five designated rescue organizations.

Visitors under 12 years old: Must be accompanied by an adult and are not required to register online.

Visitors above 60 years old: If accompanied by an adult, they are not required to register online. However, if attending alone, they must register online. On-site support staff will provide immediate assistance if needed.

Dress Code: Visitors are encouraged to wear appropriate attire.

Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted within the event premises.

2. REGULATIONS FOR PETS AND PET OWNERS PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT

2.1 PET REGULATIONS

Leashing: Dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times when moving within the event, unless being carried, kept in a bag/backpack/stroller, or participating in activities where leashing is not required.

Female Dogs in Heat: The organizers discourage bringing female dogs in heat to the event to prevent unnecessary disturbances and ensure safety. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry if necessary.

Prohibited Animals: It is not permitted to bring wild animals, reptiles, venomous animals, or other dangerous species into the exhibition area, unless valid permits are provided.

Vaccination Records: Dogs and cats must have vaccination records. Without these records, entry to the event will not be allowed.

Vaccination Certification: Pets must be fully vaccinated. Owners should submit digital copies during online registration and bring the original documents to the event.

Pet Age: Bringing pets under 4 months old to the event is not encouraged for safety reasons. If they participate, owners assume all risks.

Muzzling for Large Dogs: Dogs over 20kg must wear a muzzle during the event.

Muzzling for Small Dogs: Dogs under 20kg are not required to wear a muzzle. However, if a dog is aggressive and may bite people or other dogs, owners should fit them with a muzzle. The organizers encourage the use of muzzles to ensure greater safety.

2.2 RESPONSIBILITIES OF PET OWNERS

Leashing: Pet owners are legally obligated to leash their dogs in public places. Leashing helps better control the dog and prevents it from getting lost or causing disturbances to others.

Behavior Management: Dog owners must be responsible and ensure their dogs do not cause nuisances such as excessive barking, bad behavior, or aggression.

Waste Management: Owners must be capable of handling their pet’s waste. Please clean up after your pet using pee pads and poop bags provided by the organizers.

Hygiene Kits: Owners should bring bags or tools to clean up any waste their pets may produce.

Penalties: Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a fine of 500,000 VND per violation.

Designated Pet Areas: InterPetFest provides designated areas for pets at the event. Please use the pet-specific restrooms to meet their needs.

Pre-Event Preparation: Owners should ensure their pets relieve themselves before arriving at the event.

Health Certification: By bringing pets to the event venue, owners confirm that their pets are clean and healthy. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to pets infested with ticks, sick, or unwell.

Liability Waiver: By entering the event hall, all visitors fully indemnify the organizers against all liabilities, including but not limited to claims, damages, losses, injuries, and/or death, for any reason, caused by persons and/or animals. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any persons and/or animals for any cause deemed not in the best interest of the event.3. Health and Safety Policies – Emergency Procedures:

– In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the venue.

– First Aid: First aid stations are available on-site. Contact any event staff member if you require medical assistance.

4. Code of Conduct – Respect and Inclusion:

4.1 Event Code Of Conduct

– In order to participate in International Pet Festival & Expo Vietnam, all exhibitors, buyers, speakers, sponsors, Show Management, agents, contractors, Exhibit Hall and Trade Show facility management, APPA and PIDA staff, and more generally all attendees and participants to InterPetFest (each a “Participant” and together the “Participants”), must agree to abide by this code of conduct (“Code of Conduct”).

4.2 Expected Behavior

– In order to support an environment that builds community and positive connections, the following behaviors are expected of all Participants in InterPetFest:

  • Treat all participants with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.
  • Be considerate, respectful, and collegial.
  • Behave in accordance with professional standards (such as this Code of Conduct, and applicable laws).
  • Communicate with respect for others, critiquing ideas rather than individuals.
  • Avoid personal attacks directed toward other Participants.
  • Respect the rules and policies of the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) or any other venue associated with InterPetFest.

4.3 Unacceptable Behavior

– Violations of this Code of Conduct include but are not limited to the following:

  • Harassment in any form, including bullying, threatening, stalking, intimidation, microaggressions, insinuations or disparaging comments that are hurtful or interfere with any other Participant’s experience.
  • Sexual harassment, including but not limited to, unwanted or inappropriate conduct, unwanted sexual attention, comments, jokes, or advances.
  • Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed against another person.
  • Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner.
  • Discriminatory jokes and language based on sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, gender identity, religion/creed, national origin or political views.
  • Failure to obey any rules or regulations of the event venue, including any destruction or vandalizing of personal or event property and materials.
  • Boisterous, lewd or offensive behavior or language that disrupts InterPetFest , a session, or other formal or event segment in any way.
  • Falsely reporting violations of this Code of Conduct and/or retaliating against another Participant for reporting a violation of this Code of Conduct.
  • This Code of Conduct is not intended to be all inclusive, and it is likely there will be conduct and/or issues that it does not specifically address. In that event, as in all others, Participants are expected to follow the direction of Show Management who will take appropriate action to ensure the safety, security and well-being of Participants.
  • Show Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior and what actions it will take to address incidents that occur.

4.4 Consequences Of Unacceptable Behavior

– Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked by Show Management or affiliates to stop engaging in unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a Participant engages in unacceptable behavior or fails to comply with expected behavior at any time during InterPetFest, Show Management may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to removing the Participant from InterPetFest and/or any affiliated event without a refund, disqualification from attending future events, or notification of on-premises security or local law enforcement as necessary.

4.5 Reporting Unacceptable Behavior

– If you witness or are subjected to unacceptable behavior or have any other concerns during InterPetFest, notify Show Management or any affiliate as soon as possible. If you have questions in advance of the event regarding the Code of Conduct or its implementation, please email admin@eventure.com.vn

– By registering for a visit I accept and will adhere to the Code of Conduct when participating in InterPetFest. I understand that Show Management may take any action it deems appropriate, including removing me from InterPetFest and/or any affiliated event without a refund, should I fail to adhere to this Code of Conduct.

5. Photography and Video Policy

– From time to time, Show Management or its contractors will record, photograph, and/or stream the various aspects and activities of the International Pet Festival for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending InterPetFest, Exhibitors/Attendees give Show Management and its contractors permission to use any Exhibitor/Attendee’s voice and image in any such archival or promotional recording, photograph, or streaming activity without any compensation or credit to the Exhibitor/Attendee.

– Additionally: Visitors taking photos/videos of any Exhibitors/Booths require the permission of the Exhibitors. Exhibitors are prohibited from taking photographs/videos of any product/display in the New Products Showcase area other than their own.

– Press badges may be given to members of the media who are authorized to photograph and video.

5.1 Privacy Policy

– Data Collection: Personal information collected during registration will be used for event-related purposes only. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

– Marketing Communications: By registering, you agree to receive updates and promotional materials from InterPetFest. You can opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our communications.

5.2 Liability Waiver – Assumption of Risk:

– By participating in InterPetFest, attendees and exhibitors assume all risks associated with attending the event, including personal injury or property damage.

– Indemnification: Attendees and exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterPetFest, its organizers, sponsors, and venue from any claims arising from their participation in the event.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

– Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that InterPetFest is canceled, attendees and exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible.

FAQs

I would like to visit the InterPetFest. How do I register?

Before the event

– You can do online pre-registration of your visit by filling out the required information HERE 

– You will receive a QR Code of your participation via email (check your spam email if you don’t receive email)l. Contact us if you do not receive a QR confirmation email.

*Pre-registration will avoid long queues, as well you will receive updates of the event in real time. 

*Pre-registration and entering the code will allow you to receive a free entry ticket to the event

During the event 

– If you have not pre-registered online in advance, please scan the onsite registration QR code and fill out the form.

– If you successfully submit the onsite registration form, our system will send you a QR code.  Please bring the QR code shown on your phone.

*When registering on-site, the organizers kindly request that you make a donation for entry. All donations will be forwarded to animal rescue organizations

If bringing pets: Online registration form requires a photo of your pets. Dogs and cats must be current on all vaccines, please submit a digital copy of vaccination certificate for online registration, and bring a hard copy to the event. Also please read our regulation above at “section 2. Regulations on pets and pet owners when participating in the event”  for more details

*InterPetFest Dogathon attendants will automatically earn the entry pass to enter the event. Kindly show your BIB number at Registration Desk

Can I bring my pets to the event?

Yes you can! We have regulations about pets entering the event.

  1. Your Pets will be registered together with your registration. Please check Tab: VISITOR REGISTRATION or BUSINESS VISITOR REGISTRATION 
  2. You have to provide your pets’ vaccination certificate to our staff or Vet Department of District 7 at the event entrance. Applied for dogs and cats.
  3. There are regulations for Pets and Pets owners. Please read Visitor Regulation for more information.
Which Pets are not allowed to enter the event?

We welcome all pets to the event. However:

  • Pet owners will be legally and fully responsible if their animals are in red-list or animals mentioned in Decree 32/2006/ND-CP and Decree 59/2005/ND-CP and Circular 02/2006/TT-BTS. The organizer will not bear any responsibilities.
  • Pets with aggressive behavior history, signs of illness should not visit the event. 
  • Dogs and Cats without vaccination certificates.
  • Pets exceed 50 kg in weight
When does my pet need to wear a muzzle?
  • Your pet must wear a muzzle throughout the event if it weighs over 20kg.
    Additionally, if your dog is aggressive or poses a risk of biting people or other animals, owners should proactively equip a muzzle.
  • The organizers encourage the use of muzzles to ensure the safety of everyone.
Are there designated pet toilets at the event?
  • To ensure comfort for both pets and their owners, the organizers have arranged 8 designated pet toilets scattered throughout the event.
  • Notably, there is a convenient toilets located right next to the check-in gate, allowing you to take your pet before entering the event.

What should I do if my pet doesn’t make it to the restroom in time?
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up their pet’s waste using pads and waste bags provided by the organizers.
  • Failure to clean up will result in a fine of 500,000 VND per violation.

Is there a dress code to observe?

We seek your understanding that this is a B2B and B2C event. Visitors should be in proper attire. On 20.02.2025 (all day) and 21.02.2025 (9:30 AM – 5:00 PM), the majority of attendees will be business visitors. On 21.02.2025 (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and 22.02.2025 (all day), the majority of attendees will be general visitors

Business visitors in any of the following attire will not be allowed to enter the hall:

– Shorts / Bermudas

– Slippers / Flip-Flops

General visitors are encouraged not to wear Shorts/ Bermudas, Slippers/ Flip-Flops to enter the event. 

Finally, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission, without prejudice, to visitors who are deemed to be inappropriately dressed.

Are entry passes of Visitors’ and Business Visitors different?

They are different:

  • Visitor’s entry pass is a sticker & Enter through the main entrance in the lobby of SECC.
  • Business Visitor’s entry pass is a name badge & Access the event via Gate A1 of SECC.
Do my pets have an entry pass?

Yes. We will provide a sticker to stick on your pet. You can write your pet information and your contact number on the sticker. In case your pets get lost at the event, we can reach out to you. 

Do young kids and elderly have an entry pass?

Yes. We will provide a sticker. You can write your contact number. When unaccompanied situations happen to young kids and elderly need assistance during the visit, we can reach out to you.

How does an entrance donation work?

At the event, you can support animal rescue organizations through direct donations by placing contributions into designated donation boxes or via bank transfers. Additionally, we feature an exhibition showcasing photos of pets awaiting adoption. You are invited to visit and place stickers on the images of the rescue units you wish to support. Each sticker, obtained for every VND 20,000 donated, will be converted into monetary contributions for the respective rescue units. The total number of stickers will be tallied daily to determine the donation amount for each organization. Updates on the total donations will be provided on InterPetFest’s social media channels.

What should I do if I lose my registration QR Code?

The QR code will be sent to your email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam inbox.

In the event that you can not show your QR code, or the organizer can not find your record, you will have to fill out the online registration form again.

Does it cost to attend the on-site workshop and activities?

There are free activities such as: Pet business seminar, Pet owners workshop, Play zone, stage minigame from sponsors/exhibitors/brands…

Being a contestant in Vietnam SECC Grand Dog Show 2025, ISCC Vietnam Grooming Competition, InterPetFest International Grooming Seminar, Pet Competition, or participating in Vietnam Vet Conference, you will have to pay an attending cost. Please check our website for detailed information.

What is the age limit to attend?

We welcome visitors at all ages. 

Visitors under 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult. Visitors under 12 years old  are not required to do online registration for their visit. 

Visitors above 60 years old are not required to do online registration for their visit when accompanied by an adult. Visitors above 60 years old are required to do online registration if visiting the event alone (Our on-site supporting staff will provide instant assistance if needed)

I am a pre-registered visitor. Due to some reasons, I am unable to visit the event. Can I get my colleague/ friend/ relative to attend on my behalf?

No. Your pre-registration is approved based on your personal information and is strictly non-transferable. 

I would like to pre-register on behalf of my group. What should I do?

For a group of Visitor:

Each visitor from 13 years old to 59 years old will have to do online registration to enter the event. Visitors at this age range can register with his/her companions who are children (under 12 years old) and elderly (above 60 years old).

For a group of Business Visitor:

  • Make sure each member in your group has his/her name card and your group members are from the same company/organization. 
  • One member of your group will fill out a Business Visitor Registration form with a mention of the number of members in your group.
  • At the registration desk, you will provide our staff all name cards, then collect all name badges for your group members.

       *If any member in your group does not provide his/her name card, he/she will have to fill out the online registration form separately.

Can I register my team with the same email address?
  • If you go in a group, you only need to provide your full contact information in the registration form. At the registration desk, you will provide us name cards of each member in your group.
  • If any member in your group does not provide his/her name card, he/she will have to fill out the online registration form separately. 
I would like to make some appointments with exhibitors. What should I do?

Business Visitors (with a name card) can register to join the Buyer Matching Program to review exhibitors’ lists in advance, pre-arrange meetings with InterPetFest’s exhibitors and receive InterPetFest valuable buyer souvenirs. Our matching staff will get in touch with you and assist you on the matching program.

We send out your company’s information to local potential importers, distributors, buyers via email, phone calls…as well the organizer aims to bring buyer delegations from Indochina countries (100+ main importers).

We will provide you the datas of registered buyers who are interested in meeting you. General Biz matching support will not arrange 1-1 meetings between you and potential buyers. 1-1 Biz matching will occur additional cost of 150USD/qualified buyer.
